This notice explains how Synter ("we", "us") handles information submitted through the Synter.dev private-alpha request form. Submitting the form does not create an account, workspace, invitation, paid plan, sandbox, or live-account authority.

Information we collect

We collect the work email, company or project description, and primary integration surface you submit. We may also process limited technical metadata, such as an IP address, to protect the form from abuse.

How we use it

We use this information to review private-alpha requests, evaluate developer use cases, contact selected applicants, send material preview updates, secure the intake process, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell this information.

Sharing

We may share intake information with contracted service providers that help us host, secure, and communicate about the preview, and when required by law. They may process it only for those purposes.

Security & retention

We use reasonable safeguards for submitted information. We retain requests while evaluating the preview and as needed for security, recordkeeping, and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your submitted information. Contact privacy@syntermedia.ai for requests or questions.
