Private Alpha Terms

These terms govern requests for, and any invitation to evaluate, the Synter.dev private alpha. Submitting a request means you agree to these terms; it does not create an account, workspace, invitation, sandbox, or any authority over a live account.

Requests and selection

We may review, accept, decline, or defer requests at our discretion. A request does not guarantee selection, access, features, availability, or a response by any particular date. If selected, you may need to accept additional preview terms before access is granted.

Preview boundaries

Any invited preview is limited to the isolated, tenant-scoped sandbox described in the invitation. Live-account activation and live campaign mutation are unavailable in this alpha. Access may be changed, suspended, or ended at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not probe for unauthorized access, evade isolation or rate limits, interfere with the preview, submit unlawful content, or use the preview to harm another person or system. Keep any invitation details confidential and notify us of suspected misuse.

Feedback and confidentiality

You may choose to provide feedback, which we may use without restriction or obligation. Non-public preview materials identified as confidential should not be shared outside your organization without our permission.

Disclaimers & liability

The preview is experimental and provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Synter will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the request process or preview.
